Using Badge Buddy

By creating an account, you agree to use Badge Buddy lawfully and to only scan badges of people who have consented to having their contact information collected.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity on your account and company workspace.

Acceptable use

Don't use Badge Buddy to harvest contacts for spam, harass people, or violate any anti-spam or privacy law (including GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and CASL).

Service availability

We aim for high uptime but provide the service "as is" without warranties. Offline mode protects your scans during connectivity issues.

Termination

You can cancel any time from your account settings. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
